Setting Up and Editing your Staff List

Your staff list will be created during initial setup.

Only SOCS main account holders can edit the Staff list. More information about Main account holders can be found here >>>

Periodically, as a Main account holder, you should update your staff list by adding new staff, removing leavers or updating any detail that might have changed. This will ensure your staff list is always up-to-date.

To see and edit your staff list, follow these steps:

  1. Login to SOCS co-curricular
  2. Click the Staff button in the left-hand menu.  This shows the full staff list (see screenshot below)
  3. You can add staff using the “Add a Member of Staff” button on the top right of the page (if the School does NOT have Staff Sync setup).
  4. You can edit a member of staff by using the relevant edit “Details” button in the staff list.

To add a new member of staff, follow these steps: (Note: the instructions below are for schools that do not have the SOCS / iSAMS staff sync setup)

1. Login to SOCS co-curricular
3. Select Staff from the left-hand menu
4. Click Add a Member of Staff

5. Complete the staff details and press Save
Important:  Members of staff on the staff list are not automatically SOCS co-curricular users.  If you wish to make a member of staff a SOCS co-curricular account holder the first step is to add them to the staff list.  More information about creating new SOCS co-curricular account holders can be found here>>>.
